I wonder where an e-license holder buys suitable weather proof tagging material? Not only that but who gets to decide if its tag worthy. Are there printed paper standards in the WACs? The old enforcement guy is coming out in me. Reminder: You must stay a thousand yards away from SRK whales, but its okay to get much closer to other ones.

I know. WDFW has to provide a means to ID SRKWs. If they don't how can they possibly enforce it. Can you even see them well enough to ID at 1,000 yds?
