Hay guys I was just wondering what the best king salmon spinning rod is(15-25lb)?And what the bet reel is(holds up to 155 0f 25lb or more)....

I use Lamiglas 1315 Kenai Specials they come in spinning or casting. They are 2pc 8'6" 12-25lb test Matched up with a Ambassadeur 6500 you cant go wrong with this combo for about $200. I use mine quite often from throwing buzz bombs at Bush Point to bank fishing the Kenai or pulling plugs for big slabs on the O.P. Good luck with whatever you end up buying.

How about the GL3 HSR 1023s 8'6" 10-20 extra fast action.. A very good drift rod, light enough to cast all day and strong enough to land big kings from the bank.

The GL2 HS 1023s rated 12-25. A little heavier, and stiffer... but still agood rod.


We have also sold a few IM6 rods recently, 9' rated 15-30, very nice rods, fast action.
