What a novel thing for you to do!

My hat goes off to you for your noble effort and attempt to return something back to its original owner!!

I'm guessing either Cabela's or Orvis was the name on my dry-bag that I lost on the Hoh. I can't seem to remember wink It was full of fly reels, flies, tippets, etc. if that helps in identifying it. laugh

I think the one I lost said Loomis. Can't remember if it was this year or was it in the late 60's. By chance were there any illegal substances in the bag?

Most things I've lost in the river swam away! Maybe it was Sno-seal, You know the memory gets a little hazy.

Jim,
You might want to post it the other site (ifish.net) and again every few months.
A local tackle shop is also a good place to post found gear.

I occasionally use the rod & reel which I found on the N. Lewis in mid-July.
It's still unclaimed and available to it's owner.

Well done, Jim.
