The regulars will hate me for this but, there are quite a number of silvers being caught off the Edmonds pier right now. you can get them on buzz bombs, but the best way seems to be with a float and cut herring. It's easy to figure out how to rig up, just check out what everyone else is doing. I was there today, just to see how it was and saw several on the deck. These are not big boys by any measure, so lighter gear is the best way to go in order to get good play out of them. There are a few harbor seals hanging around waitin' for a free lunch, they'll even snatch your herring if given the chance. So until we get some more rain, while the rivers are low, you might go down there and give it a try.
