I bought this at the duffle bag set up at the sportsman show. 4 colors. pretty killer stuff. it really only takes 10 seconds to paint a jig. 99 cents for luhr jenson spoons including the 2 ounce you can jig. does anybody use that powder paint? Ben

It's good stuff. The only problem (for doing jig heads) is that you need to clean the hook eye right away. Once that stuff hardens, you need to drill it out.

Great stuff .. use it on our spinner bodies with great success. Make sure you use the white undercoat if doing a bright color. Also, the orange sucks ... but the green & pink are awesome. I use the white and then paint over the top and then clear coat for my oranges ... workins fine smile

We have used powder paint on all our jigheads since we first started out. It's very durable, and apart from denting the actual jighead, we have found it doesn't chip. Just remember to bake at 350° F for 15 mins before using to harden it properly. As for the eye of the hook, we don't seem to have the same problem. On the odd occation that the eye does become covered, heat a darning needle with a lighter, and push through the eye with ease, problem solved. smile
