Okay, so I've been trying to keep up with all the new posts appearing on here lately, but it's just too much! I'm still reading topics back on page 8! Besides that, I haven't had much time to even log on. I did see the posts about the failure of the mandatory wild steelhead release proposition. What a shame it didn't pass. Anyway, back to my question. Have WDFW decided (passed or not passed) the other regulation proposals yet? Just curious as I was interested in a few of them and would like to know the outcome. Thanks.

Check the WDFW web page at www.wa.gov/wdfw and look under News Releases. It should all be there.

...but didn't find exactly what I was looking for. If something isn't listed as passing/or being rejected does that mean it didn't pass? What I'm talking about are all of the individual proposals for each region in the state of Washington. What happend with those?

I checked it out also and didn't find too much to my benefit. The only stupid question is the one that is not asked. I think that they stated that they didn't have enough time to view or review it all and would do it at a later date. Just more double talk as I see it. Are those guys elected or appointed by the government or by locke. :p

If they plan on deciding at a later date, that date better be pretty damn soon because the new rules go into effect May 1, 2002 and I'm sure all those regulation books have to be printed up at least a month ahead of time.
