Hi Guys, I'm heading down to B10 in the early AM - work is taking me down that way so why not? Anybody fish the opener down there today and have any stories they want to relate? I'm not expecting much but another "late run" story myself but I'll let y'all know tomorrow

All the reports I'm getting are horrible. It doesn't sound like anyone was catching anything. Even the crabbing was bad. Maybe in a couple weeks?

We were ther about a week ago and the fish were still down by Seaside. I'm sure they'll show in the next two weeks or so. Might have better luck out by the CR bouy. Keep us posted on whats going on.

Yikes, computer problems got it fixed now.

I did go down there Friday and the first thing I noticed was the bathwater-like temperature as I washed the herring guts off my hands. 66 degrees That's tuna temperature. There were no salmon anywhere, although I did hear of a guy catching a steelhead out at the buoy. Looks to me like El Nino is here, at least at the mouth of the Columbia.

I'll try it again after mid month
