Do tell My dad is in town this week, and I'd love to get him into a nice king. I assume these fish are heading up the Puyallup. Were you fishing Dash/Browns? Slow troll, 50' at first light and heading deeper later, and a big dodger? How about terminal offering? Spoons or hootchies? Thanks, and regards. Mike Woodinville

I have been fishing between the launch and Dash Pt. I put the 'rigger ball down to 75 feet and troll in 90-100 feet of water. I use a green/glow 11" Hot Spot and a white/glow hoochie 24" behind the dodger with a ton of herring oil on both dodger and hoochie. I've got it dialed in baby! Caught three kings on Saturday and one today.

BB75 - Check your email. I have not done the crab thing. I know it is very productive off of Redondo. I keep on telling myself the next time I go to GI Joes/Sportco I should pick up a pot. I just get so excited with all of the fishing gear I get lost and forget why I went to the store to begin with. Plus, I end up spending way more than I initially intended. I am like a kid in a candy store. Slayer - They do have some size to them. The four I caught over the weekend were 2-10#, 20#, and a 14#. Still looking for a 30#. Hey are you guys related? You have the same last name, 75.

Fishtale, I lost steering both directions but still have throttle control. Resivor is full and lines are hooked up. They had just sent me updated line and fittings fri. afternoon which I hadn't had a chance to install yet. I have a call in to tech support but have not heard back yet. Any ideas. Thanks for the help!

Great weekend of fish Carl, you did better than me. I launched at Redondo Sunday but I fished slag pile starting at daylight until the tide changed, not much happening although lots of bait & lots of fish showing. Went to Browns Point, same story but missed the morning bite there, so then went to mouth of Puyallup river. Picked up one small king over there, but fish are all over the screen at the river. Thousands of them! Was real frustrating to not get into some serious action. See ya out there next weekend maybe, what kind of boat do you have?

Kennyray - I actually have two jobs. Gotta finance the fishing trips with something. I just don't have the two things most guys do, #1 a wife and #2 kids to slow me down. So, my free time is not spent with the family. I hit the water. Fishingtoo - I have a 14' tan w/red stripped aluminum with a Yamaha hanging off the back. Look for me this weekend. I will be out there. I am not fishing Elliott Bay any more. The kings in Elliott are too tempermental. You can catch kings off of Redondo all day long.

Easy - hey that's why you got the name~! If the relatives want to head out this weekend I may hit Redondo too. Sounds great. Any idea where I can get some charts on-line to see what the area looks like?
