Need to edit your subject BW frown

Here's the 5:30 totals:

UIL :QUILLAYUTE : 59 / 49 / 4.79 / 0 :
FORW1 :FORKS : 60 / 48 / 7.03 / 0 :
HQM :HOQUIAM : 60 / 50 / 1.46 / 0 :
: LONG BEACH 59 / 51 / 0.63 / 0

7.03 inches in the last 24 hours as of 5:30 in town cry cry

The heavy rain started about 10 last night, so if we start the time at that point, we could easily see over 9 inches in a 24 hour period at this rate.

This is approaching the worst I've ever seen at this point ... we'll see how long the really heavy stuff lasts. There is no question though that I've never seen an October rain like this!

Sorry KK, doesn't sem to work ... it's probably how the image is pulled off the server that prevents it from showing here.

An update, it's raining even harder now ... over an inch in the last hour alone, .6 the hour before that.

'Fraid not RL, gimme a call and we'll try to get another date for you.

Big bummer now for those of us keeping up on this out here ... power just went out from Smokehouse out to La Push, which knocks out the readings we get from the weather station.

Just heard on the radio that all of HWY 101 around Lake Crescent is closed due to mudslides...one truck was actually pushed into the lake, but luckily, the driver was able to escape.

I was in my tent at Kalaloch when this crap rolled in Wednesday night! It was definately 7". Six of it was in my tent! Luckily I was on a cot. What's with this weather, last year we couldn't buy a drop of water. This year we have more than anyone wants!

Fortunately. no candles needed at our place other than a few moments here and there. Lots of other folks did though ... and a few pour souls may need new homes from the looks of things on Whitcomb-Dimmel Rd. and the lower Bogachiel.

I'll post some more in another thread smile
