I bought a pair of stearns breatheable waders about 2 months ago, i have used them probly 5-10 times and 2 weeks ago i was trying to find a way down the river without wading, )isnt that the whole point of waders) so i half found, half created my own trail, along the way my waders got some threads pulled a little bit out. Today after taking them off i found a few wet spots in my knees. they are not big and i didnt even feel them. I just tried turning them inside out and filling them with water, couldnt find any leak holes, anone have any other ideas/ suggestions for me? any Warranty information? thanks any info is appreciaed.

I have the Dan Baileys and the seams started loosening a bit over time allowing small leaks so I took Aqua Seal and ran a bead over all the seams and pressed it in with my finger. Let it dry over night. Worked great.
You can buy Aqua Seal at any fishing store for about $5 a tube.
Also, to find leaks, fill up something with water...a trash can, the tub, etc. Get air in the waders, roll them up and submerge them looking for air bubbles escaping.

Here's something that's worked for us a while and with good results. Get a shop vac. and put the hose to outlet and duct tape it or wedge it in good, then the other end stick it into your breathables and tie an old bungee cord around it. Get a spray bottle with dish soap/water mix, car wash soap, or any type of liquid soap that suds up good, turn on the shop vac. and leave it on and watch your waders turn into something you'd see in the Macy's day parade. As it is inflated by now, don't over do it and let some of the air escape,(just adjusting the flow into the waders with the bungee cord), and spray into the area(s) that were wet from the last time and it'll start bubling up. Sometimes for very slow leaks ya hafta let it sit with soap for a while. Hope this helps....... zip

Oh and I've got a pair of the Sterns but the ones with the knee and but pad sewn on them. Love the heck outa them and hadn't failed me yet. If yer gonna blaze trails again, might think about goin down to goodwills and get some oversized coveralls(the farmer type with the straps on them) to go over the waders for durability. Just my $0.02 worth.

Wader patching (breathable)
According to B. Herzog of STS magazine; the best new patch he has found is lure coat/dip avaialable at most hardware stores. It's the stuff used to make handles on tools etc..comes in a few colors also..use it later for dipping your bank tear dropped sinkers...
