I'm looking for a new tank top heater for my boat. My smaller Mr. Heater unit is just not powerfull enough. I'd like something with more than 20,000 BTU's if possible.

Any suggestions?

go to BiMart.com and look for Coleman radiant heaters. I got my 45,000 btu heater from them and saved 30 bucks over the same ones sold around hear.I have looked all over and no one can beat there price of 87 bucks.

I'll second the Coleman Powermate 45,000. I got mine at Home depot for 79 bucks before tax. The only sucky thing about it though, is that , if it's not "really" cold out and you have an enclosed top, you have to reg. down at the valve.The good thing about having too much BTU's is that in 11 degree weather (last week in Hells Canyon!) in an open boat, can really make a difference in the fishing trip.
