Guys,
Do you know of any regulations concerning the usage of 2 rods for salmon?
One rod for the sinker and the second rod for the bait+hook that will slide down the sinker line.

I think you might get some looks...but so long as there were no hooks or lures connected to the rod holding the weight you might be OK.

If the GW comes around you can expect to get checked...:-)

Isn't that how it used to be done before DR's?

That could get old yarding in a weight big enough to keep your gear down.
