Just wondering if anyone had any luck this weekend. I fished Saturday and caught several shakers but none big enough for the BBQ.

I was out there yesterday and nt even a shaker. When were you catching shakers and what area (clay banks)? Thought about hitting it today but was just too discouraged from yesterday. Fish checker took 40 samples and only had 5 fish.

Fished Clay Banks at the morning tide change and no fish. Moved to the slag pile where we hooked the shakers. Sounds like a slow day, I don't feel so bad. Better luck next time!

Baitboy and I fished the Slagpile, then Quartermaster Harbor and then back to Pt. Defiance on Saturday morning. One hit at about 11:30. It was so slow that I didn't see any reason to return on Sunday.

I opted to fish 4 Mile Rock on Saturday. Lost a nice fish on the reel in, turned loose a 21"er, turned loose a smaller BM, and released a nice sized rock fish.

Fished Slag Pile 1st thing in the morning, then trolled by Owen's Beach down to Clay Banks. One flounder is all. Pretty slow.

Were you using spoons, herring, or hootchy's? I am wondering if it will pick up at all.
