Anyone been up to the reef this week? How'd ya do? We're heading up either Sunday or Monday. Went up last Friday, but got blown off the water quick. That south wind can reek havic on a guys fishing plans.

Lots of fish. But not a lot of big ones. We fished out of LaPush. You want to be in about 240' of water.

I heard that Friday was a little snotty. It was flat and beautiful Saturday - Monday.

I am going to be in LaPush the first week of Aug. and would like to try Umatilla. I have coordinates and have fished LaPush before, just not that far north. How far of a run is it in decent water?

How far down were you fishing? We got a bunch of bites on friday before we got blown off the water fishing 40' down. That's what the bioligist said guys were catching em at. We were in 190' of water. Guess we need to move out. Everything I've read about Umatilla says to be deeper though.
