Anyone head to Lake Wenatchee for sockeye fishery? I'd planned to go, but missed the opener and figure if I tried to go now, they'd just close it on me.

They are still there, but getting pretty dark. Good for the smoker. Its hit and miss some days are great some days are duds. Should be open through the weekend.

My buddies have been just hammerin' the squigglers. Up by the mouth of the White, 60' down, trolling less than 1mph. We've been doing really good in the Columbia for summer kings, so I've had no reason to go and jerk the little slimers, but for some it's great fun!
