You just like to go in circles. A defense atty can be a trial lawyer if he is trying a civil case. In your opening quote you are referring to a defense attorney because it is a criminal matter. Call the ABA and ask them. Jonny was a whore and would do anything for a buck.

Completely and utterly false! No way around it TK. A trial lawyer is any lawyer with trial experience. It's that simple no matter what spin you try to put on it.

OK Stlhd. next time you get picked up for being to close to a school call a trial lawyer instead of a defense atty. I bet all of his expierience with buiness law . Tort law and associated case law will come in real handy. When you file suit against the oil compnaies for price gouging make sure you find a defense atty with Death penalty expirience. The collection of books that document everything Stlhd does not grow just grew by a few volumes.

Eric Alterman (author of "When Presidents Lie") has referred to the current adminstation as the "post-truth presidency" and this really seems to sum it up for the entire group Bush, Rove, Cheney, Libby, Rice, etc, etc..
