ok so i have went out to spanaway lake these past couple of days. Supposedly it was stocked with 5000 trout 2 weeks ago as i read on the washington state fishing website. so i decided to go there. Not one person was catching a fish. I only caught one in which i saw it jump so i casted a kastmaster by it and surprisingly he took it hahaha. but yah does anyone have any advice on what locations to fish the lake and any techinques on cathcing the tout there?? the lake is frusterating me out very much so please help. If you are fishing from the shore...go all the way to the far south side (while still in the park) next to the fence. Put on a big sinker and use about 5ft of leader. Use one green power bait egg and one ball of green glitter power bait with a super small hook. You need to cast out about 40-50 yards and just wait. If you have a boat troll the south end with wedding rings.
