I was up in the west klickitat unit this weekend. Man are they logging the hell out that country. A lot of cattle are going in as well. Lots of new fences.

Hancok Insurace Co bought a lot of land up there and are hauling trees out like crazy. As far as that goes, so are SDS Lumber and WA State.

Best shot is up around Quigley, I reckon.

Hancock pretty much "Creams" the timber on any land they buy....just look at the White River Tree Farm while you can....most all of the timber will be gone in about 5 years....................Les
