Arrive late at the beach house..... wake up early and step in a puddle in front of your new dishwasher as you start the coffee.... to discover a leaking water supply line has slightly damaged your hardwood floor? Two trips to ACE to fix that. On my second trip I decide better have a beer before I finish this job. open up the fridge to discover, someone has adjusted the settings. Im thinking it was my son.......ummm making the freezer a refer for the last 6 weeks..... 80 lbs of Alaskan sockeye mush, 20 lbs of Halibut mush... throw in a some steaks and a roast ... and there is your Friday morning in a nutshell. Dont you just hate it when that happens?

That is the worst.

Well, at least one of the worsts.

My diswasher water supply valve just went out too, I feel your pain.

Well, I would feel worse for you if you said you got to your "Doublewide" instead of "Beach House".

Still sucks though.

last winter i made the mistake of looking behind the washer and dryer, thought i heard something...looked behind and found that the nozzle had been dripping behind it for who knows how long...it was horrible...had to rip most of the wall out and the floor...this is what it looked like...




this is a better idea of what it looked like when we started the project...we had to replace the wall, floor, cabinet, and new vinyl...of course we had to do new paint, and new trim...what a job...




but i do have to admit....it really was worth it...my laundry and extra freezer room looked really great when it was done...even had to replace the light fixture....maybe there was a good reason for it...

and maybe you can use your spoiled fish for crab bait...hope it works out for the good....c

When I first met Richard he had a freezer in the garage go bad and the whole neighborhood was aware of it.

hahahah...you guys are toooooo funny...hahahah...his slippers he picked out himself...he just wears em around the house...he calls me the heat lady cause i dont let him turn up the heat in the house...got high celings, sometimes costs a fourtune...hahaha...anyway...he even has two pairs...one for my house and one for his...i thought it was a guy thing...hahaha...heres a pic of mine...didnt help me catch fish last weekend but i pull em out every once in a while...ahahhaa...oh yeah..i think his manhood is all good...hahahaa...c




and the Coleman thing on the wall is my heater...works pretty good...i like it...i was surprised to see it there when i bought the house...but i guess its pretty standard in manufactured homes...hahaha..c

I have slippers I thought they were kind of a must have up there. I think the point is he is doing construction in them. But come to think of it, I can remember climbing ladders in mine. I don't remember any momentary lapses in my man hood, maybe it occurred and I did not notice. Looks like you did a good repair job Cheryl. I hate plumbing and the damage water can do....
