I'm going to be pissed if we get a rising Chehalis again on the opener.

chehalis seems like it'll be touch and go...last i saw it was in good shape, but if someone pisses in the headwaters it'll puke.

This is what we need to blow the OP out so those fish have a chance to get past the nets in the quiluete, little bits only do more damage to the fish, looking forward to the monsoon,cause when they do get fishable it will be on, getting excited,its in the nail biting stage now,fish on here soon though. Not trying to bum out the chehalis dudes,just stoked to finally see something of huge proportions coming our way.

More likely will go something like this.......rivers blow out, cool........Tribes whine, "We need more days. We couldn't fish." So the nets get a 7-day/week schedule for the entire rest of the run. So the few fish that did get through on the high water bite for a few days, then nada. Rest of season is without fresh fish because they're in some tribal tote and the fish that are up above the nets get old and ugly.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Another idea?
