I live over on this side of the water and I spend at least that figure per trip.

Gee that article sounds real nice. It doesn't mention prioritizing the sport fishery in the straits, tho......only Peter Puget's Puddle.

I'm hopeful, but not hanging my hat on anything the State says to my benefit. Been there...done that.
