More money to count our fish? Apparently they don't have enough confidence in WDFW to supply accurate information to them.

Any thoughts on if this is a good thing or bad - out-of-pocket money aside.

A new admin and new head of NOAA, who's been appointed, should nix this idea.

Besides it wouldn't apply to us:
"States with saltwater licensing or registration programs that meet federal requirements are Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and Delaware."
