HEY! I've got two (2) Penns manuals, one short arm and one long arm. Very good condition, still have a book on them in the shop somewhere. I replaced w/electrics. Make me a reasonable offer. I have hung onto them as spares but my SCOTTY's have served me well and w/liftime warranty, they fix them fast in Everett at Johns Sporting Goods.
