OK, must be the product of my sheltered life, but I've heard about Jagermeister several times, but have no idea what the heck it is.

Since the machine pours shots, it must not be beer. Some kind of liquor? Is so,what? Not Scotch, bourbon, tequilla, or anything I've ever encountered.

Salmo, it's black licorice flavored liquor. Women love it and I love them for loving it.

Also could be used as bait additive. Has a kind of anise smell to it.

"Has a kind of anise smell to it."

If it smells like anus then it's pre-owned.

rofl

Just the other day a buddy sends me a picture text of a couple fish he caught. He says he bought some rubber eggs that smelled like Jaegermeister. Said they outfished everything that day.

Well, from what I've heard, not that I would know directly, Jager works on other things that smell like fish.

Licorice flavored liquor? Uck! No wonder I've never known about it. Women love it? Really? When I was in high school, Southern Comfort (a peach brandy I think) was what the chicks liked. But it was essential to let them just get goofy or else they'd get sick. Then nobody got what they wanted.

Since licorice has anise in it, it stands to reason that Jager would be a good fish bait additive. Wow, one liquor to catch chicks and fish; sounds like marketing genius.

Word of warning:

In every country except USA, Jager contains an assload of CODEINE.

So think twice about those Jager shots next time you're up in Vancouver, especially if you've already had a few.
