I'll give them a shot, when do you want to fish the chartreuse over the neon orange top? Is it just personal preference or a lighting & visibility concern....... cool

Chrome/22:

I bought some of "brand x floats" last summer......tried the color it came with, Red, but didn't work good, for me, early in the morning........so I changed the color to the "bright green". I just stayed with the bright green but will also carry the red for the day light hours. At 70, my eyes aren't what they used to be.........don't want to miss any "bobbers down"....

I have good eyesight so color isn't a concern for me. I just grab any color and use it..however, when weighted right these floats ride high and are easy to pick out on the water

I used to spend 7 bucks or more for Drennans. No more. The main difference I can see between the Cleardrifts and the Drennans is the narrow point at the very bottom of the float. The Drennans break at this spot due to the brittle construction and the CD's are durable. At half the price, the case is closed.

The only time I need that clear bobber stealth game is in lower and/or skinnier clear water. . .times when I need an 11g, an 8g or a 6g float. KJV's got me covered for the big stuff, and Drennan's and some old Gander Mtn's for lite duty,

I was looking at them at Ted's and liked the price and the constuction, looked to be durable.
