what are your opinions on this show?

My wife can't stand the show.....almost leaves the room when I watch it due to Glen's nature on camera. As for me, I really don't care for the way he portrays himself on camera either, but some people have more energetic personalities than others I guess.

I like it when they're fishing around here in the NW. When it's 'iust another Alaska fishing show' I could care less. The shark fishing one in Alaska was cool though.

For the most part, it's a good show.

I wish they would slow down a little when they show the rigging of the day. Maybe turn the music down a bit.

I know within the first couple of minutes of the episode, whether or not I want to watch it.

Would never miss a fishin' trip just to watch it, but if it's on the TV...

I guess I won't say anything then.

I like it. It's a good filler when I'm not able to go myself I turn it on. I got it dvr'd most of the time so when I get the urge to go fishing but I can't it's cool. It's nice to see some local boys with local sponsorship do well too. As long as they're not jerks on the river when they come thru.

I would say

1. You know whether you want to watch the episode within two minutes.
2. I think the rigging of the day is funny for a second.
3. It would be nice to see some bank walking.
4. Its' funny to see it in a couple of episodes where he is kind of looking for acceptance from Robbo, and Endsley. Or did I make this up in my mind?
5. I am also awaiting Todds appearance on the show. "Hey we are with Todd Ripley from Rvrfshr on HAwgquest". Glen looks at Todd, cracks a joke and mentions something about a hog. "So where is Joe at?" Todd says something along the lines of "Oh he was busy."
6. The Alpha Ecological commercials are well liked by my son.
7. And I look forward to growing a bitching 'stache for my appearance on the show this upcoming February.
8. All in all, I Tivo it. It can be a cool episode to watch or a bomb. It just depends on what water they are fishing.

its a good show... Glens a dork...ive noticed that they catch alot of dark fish on that show..

Oh and i forgot my favorite episode where Baby Huey asks Glen to read him a story, dang that guy has baby smooth skin. It's absolutely remarkable.

Sometimes I watch, most times I don't. But, more power to the guy. Most of us would do the same if we could make a dollar or two fishing and get to go to a lot of good fishing spots.

I watch once in a while, but generally find the show, and Glen especially, really irritating.

The music on the show is really irritating

I DVR them and watch or delete at will. It has mild entertainment value.
Taj always looks so sad.

My two brothers love it and try not to miss an episode.

I think its pretty lame and have only seen a couple shows.

I watch it and like said can tell if its an episode worth seeing within 2 minutes. I do enjoy watching them, or anyone for that matter, fish local waters.

I really like "The Joy of Fishing" A TON better.
