maybe it's that CRAVE.... Well you can't limit out every day. I cleaned out a tench
and got me one decent Jumbo for dinner...think I'll quit after this.

Fish #5 The Whatever Happened to a Buncha Little Good Ideas Award.
To everyone up in Olympia a buncha good little ideas implimented can
eventually make a hellofa improvement in the fishery....Look at Canada.
What ever happened to:
1 The concept of Fish and Game Law Enforcement.
2. Habitat improvement.
3. Aerators to reclaim lakes that summer/winter kill
4. The idea of Resting Lakes till the food chain recovers
5. Lake fertilization and Ph ameloration.
6. Calcification and planting them biiiiig scuds.
7. Spawning beds in Quality Lakes so some spawners can live and carry over.

I could go on a bit but you get the idea.
Is it that the F&G has suddenly gone dry of ideas???
Is it that Political Generic Managers have taken over and call all the shots???
Is it that all the $$$ are all spent growing biguns for Bubba???

I'll bet that it's somma each of the above. Whatever, someone sure as hell
needs to wake up the boys up there in Olympia.
