Hear is a nice Peduncle from a fish from Saturday.
Also a fish my buddy hooked up with that was sporting some extra gear that had to be removed.

Had spring break a couple of weeks ago and got into some great fishing with good company including Phil Maraude, and Tbird from the board. As always my dad was with me the majority of the week. Felt good to be home. Here's just a couple of pics.

outstanding pics guys! one question, were you running a trailer off the spoon? the pic with the spoon and egg setup confused me...easy to do!

naa he hooked up w/ that fish on a spoon and it had a fly w/ a dropper in his lip already thats been tearing up his jaw/gill plate. We removed the broke off gear and spoon and he was released.

MY GAWD! how do you even leave the house to catch fish? Pretty sure i'd be at home "motor boatin" on them hooters!

I'm just disgruntled cause I have to work too much this year... my winter steelhead season was cut off early, and everything's about to close and I cant go get my fix. Steelhead junkies without a fix for a while can get pretty cranked up.

I hardly ever take the camera with me. Also, the picture quality isn't exactly up to PP standards... it was a very wet day and while my Olympus may be waterproof it seems just as challenged on a nice day. Qualifies as a POS in my book.

Second picture is my buddy Ray, he used to go by winterrun here... not sure he is even a member still?

Kwikfiks, awesome shots. I LOVE that spot just above the eye on the "fierce fish face" shot!

Roger... will deliver the message. Ray sets a brutal pace for numbers and I feel lucky on the infrequent days when I keep up or actually beat him.
