AKkings... what's your best guess as to where those predominantly white Old Harbor pigs originate?
Just got off the phone with John Beath.... he is adament they are NOT Rivers Inlet fish.
I know they are NOT Kenai fish.... shape is all wrong, and the Kenai has no white kings.
They sure don't look like Skeena fish, either... again wrong shape.

King - it's very obvious you haven't been here long if you'd even suggest that eyefish would post a photoshoped picture. You got a lot to learn, grasshopper.
So, I handled a few whites when working for Dahl's in B'ham but I've never knowingly eaten one. Is the flavor much different?
