I don't know about winter. The run should be winding down by now. I've yet to have any success myself.

Don't overlook Big Samm for big Cutts. There are some nice ones in there and you can catch them year round.

A worm/anything will work. I have seen them caught by people jigging in front of the Issaquah Creek mouth too. Small plugs off of a downrigger also work.

Yes, it is. Right next to the state park.

Just remember, no salmon fishing within 1/4 mile of the creek mouth. Check the regs though, this may have been changed...

Stopped by the hatchery on Sunday 11/10. Talked with one of the hatchery folks and the silvers are just beginning to show up, 1 month late. Should last 2 -3 more weeks. Will probably try this weekend out in the lake myself.
