Up on the Skytucky, some new techniques have emerged which are proven to deter the black toof'ed bandirts from breaking into ones car.

First, some Context. One has to consider the motivation behind a break in, which is in all cases a hairy toof'ed bandirt looking for cash, Tool CD's, fishing rod, or cheap car stereo he can hock down at the Gold Bar Pawn Shop. The Toof'ed Bandits will then take their measly proceeds to Sultan to score a dime bag of Lesters latest bathtub batch of crank.

Recent survey trends indicate that if fishermen simply use this knowledge to plant a dime-sized bag of crushed aspirin, borax, & a drop of ammonia on the ground next to the driver's side of a vehicle parked in a popular fishing zone..that said Bandirts will simply take the bag of fake drugs and immediately hop back into their ragged Ford Taurus & vacate back to their blue tarped Shangri-la up in the hills for consumption, leaving the fisherman's vehicle intact. In most all cases, the Fisherman find that following their fruitless skunking on the Skytucky... and subsequent early return to their vehicle precedes said toofless bandirts return to the scene.... resulting in no broken windows or missing Tool CD's.

No luck on the Tweeker hunt today, did loose one steelie tho... Gonna hit it again after lunch.

There were two more rigs broken into at High Bridge yesterday. We were up there about noon (had come from down lower in a sled).

One hatchery steel and one king both caught below Sultan.

If anyone knows, are the break ins at the wallace going on in the parking lot on the north side of the bridge? Or are any going on at the south side??

Several years ago Frontline did a nice piece showing the influence of the Mexican conduit on the trade in Meth. When there was a lot around, use went up.
When I was working in the E.R. we saw lots more ODs and other problems relating to all drugs when there was a fresh supply in town.

Paintballs that are filled with a super irritant powder called PAVA (capsaicin II) pepper that breaks upon impact. Basically pepper spray fired from a paintball gun... It's nasty stuff.

I got mine from a gun store in Arizona... its pretty pricey but its extremely nasty and powerful stuff. I saw a guy in a riot situation in Arizona get shot 3 times center mass with it and he went down in pain for minutes.

My dad told me about a time he was stealing apples, from a tree, and was shot in the butt with rock salt. Had to sit in water and dissolve the salt. That apparently hurt quite a bit. Might be another option.
