Anybody been doing any winter walleye fishing lately?

I hear the Columbia River and Banks Lake are producing some nice fish.

CARL: we tried it in lind coulee, off of potholes reservoir, a couple of weeks ago, with no luck at all. jigging blade baits at the bottom. saw another fisherman bring in a 23 incher on a blade bait, but in general it was slow.

from whom did you hear that banks lake was kicking out walleye? and where in the lake?

My mistake, not Banks Lake, I meant Rufus Woods or was it Roosevelt? I get confused sometimes. I hear Banks has been dead for walleye.
