Picture posting challenge

I have two picrtures I wanted to post on the hunting page but they keep getting rejected. My buddy sent them to me in JPEG format and I can't figure out how to convert them to JPG.
Open to suggestions and help here.

I emailed them... thanks for the help!
Aunty- I tried resaving them, renaming them and downloaded three different conversion programs off the net. I even tried saving in two different formats; .gif and .tiff

I thought they were worth posting.  I have two more also- a side shot of the bull and one off his trail camera from a day or so before where it is bugling with some cows at the water tank.

Nice bull! Dead kitty is very cool. I have seen more cats in the last 4 weeks than I have seen in my life. To far for a bow shot, but rifle deer starts next weekend. Here kitty, kitty, kitty.
