crappiehunter Alevin Registered: 02/12/06 Posts: 15 Loc: tacoma	So, why exactly is Lake Tapps drained every year anyway. If it in fact is for flood control then why wasn't it used to help prevent the flooding in the Puyallup valley?Seems odd to me.Thanks, Todd
