We have all put ourselves into the position of being addicts. Addictions are expensive and withdrawal symptoms suck. Choose one. At least Sol Duc will be happy although he might miss yet another proclamation.

It was more then $109 a barrel in February. Why would an oil company be in a hurry to reopen a refinery so they can charge less for their product?
