I have been procrastinating about putting a couple of recipes up so here goes with one of my favorites that is quick to make and quite tasty.

1.5LBS of Shrimp
1 Tbsp of brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp of crushed Pepper Corns
1/2 Tbsp of Hawaiin Salt
1-3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
1 Tbsp of Green Onion Chopped
1 Tbsp Peanut oil
1 Tbsp of Shoyu
1/2 Tsp of Fish Sauce
1Tsp of Corn Starch
Chili Peppers sliced (I like lots - Do to your Taste)

Combine sugar, salt, pepper, and corstarch. Toss with shrimp and set aside. Heat peanut oil. Flash fry garlic, green onions and chilis. When lightly brown, add shrimp and stir fry. Toss in the shoyu and fish sauce to finish.
