I had the great privilege to guide Bjorn Budden on his Oregon Big Horn Sheep Hunt. Bjorn killed a nice ram and his first big game animal at that. He will go 163" The hunt was great. My other guide Jake Adams did an outstanding job on this hunt as well. I have been fortunate to be on a few sheep hunts and there is not much better then sheep hunting. Pictures do little to describe the epicness of a sheep hunt. I need to thank A. Helfrich Outfitters LLC for allowing Willamette Valley Outfitters to operate under his John Day River SRP permit. Without Aaron I would not be able to guide sheep on the John day. Besides the hunt, the river trip is great as well. I will post more pics as i get them moved to computer. Outstanding. Looks like a pretty STEEP sheep hunt. Rifle or archery?
Still putting in for my bighorn sheep permit every year. Some day.

Bjorn used a rifle. Made a great shot.

His hunt was a draw hunt. Very lucky individual. he chose to go with a guide due to the fact he lacked the time to learn area, and judging sheep can be challenging. Its a great trip. 45 mile river float and steelhead to be caught while on trip as well.

Nice! The fact they don't have god damned goat eyes is a plus. That would just be be plain freaky.

Lucky Indeed! That sounds like an incredible hunt and a beautiful ram. 18yrs of waiting for my permit to show up in the mail, must've lost my address.
