A friend of a co-worker has given me a seemingly good deal on a fiberglass drift boat. As far as I can tell, the brand is Creel... I think.

It's a 15-footer with some good thought on the interior design, not to mention it comes on a good trailer and has 3 Sawyer oars. The only downside is that the front bench will be difficult to place a rail for 2 seats due to the built-in box.

Has anyone heard of this company before? A google search produces nothing for me.

I wouldn't worry so much about the company going out of business as i would getting a boat that was the right size for your intended use. For my uses and the guys I fish with, a 15' boat would be too small.
