While I don't doubt for a minute that plenty of those bands or groups make bad music, I wonder about the credentials of the LA Times music critic. Where that writer is coming from matters. Like selling newspapers is priority number one.

I read their Top 20 Sexiest female musicians of all time list. I didn't make it past #18. Grace Jones. A chick (think it was a chick) who was absolutely terrifying.
