Cool Dialect Test

I thought this was a very interesting test. It's supposed to accurately tell you where you are from by the way you talk. Top 3 cities most like and most unlike. It got me pretty close to where I'm from (Northern CO / Neb) and also lived for years (Michigan). It has KC, Detroit and Chicago as my closet cities (red areas). It should be Denver, but all of CO & NE are very red like KC. My least closet cities (blue) are Seattle and two cities in Massachusetts. So apparently, I talk the opposite of most folks around here. Which is cool cuz' most ya'll are F'd up. Who the hell says Soda? Dialect & Region Test

All up the west coast (Seattle, Santa Rosa, Oceanside), and mostly across the north and midwest...nothing at all like the deep south.
I've lived in most of the places I am "similar" to, and haven't even visited the rest.

I learned that name from two wonderful black spinster neighbors who treated me like I was their own child. They had a elaphant leg that was rendered into a vertical umbrella storage unit just inside their front door. The had a foot pump organ upstairs that they would allow me to mess about with, supervised of coarse, and many other treasures. Those were truly 'the days'. By the way evidently I would fit right in Salt lake city, could it be the salt?
