We used to fish for them a lot while I was stationed at Fort Wainwright, Fairbanks, AK. There was stream that ran through North Pole that had open spots in the middle of Winter. We used a size 10 or 12 black-red-white fly we called "Cutthroat" and fish them like we fish for White fish down here.
