I'm sure its a 5.9, bought it new last of the 5.9's in 2007, P2149 code, # 2 cylinder dead short, either the valve cover gasket has a short, or and injector is bad, I tend to believe that the valve cover harness has a short as it goes in to limp mode canceling out the other 2 cylinders on that bank and won't go over 25 mph, if it was an injector it would run better than that but rough,
