What do you think is the cause? Climate change, Fukushima or maybe both?

I am thinking its a pile of decomposing Marine animals and fish that either starved to death from Fukushima or were killed from the Fukushima radiation spill.

I read where Humback whales are leaving the Pacific and moving into the Atlantic due to lack of food.

Rich, if you ever want people to take you seriously, you gotta do your homework before posting this stuff...yeesh.

Found this on the web:

Humpback whales are commonly found everywhere from polar to tropical waters (including the Arctic, Atlantic, and Pacific Oceans), as well as the waters surrounding Antarctica and the Bering Strait.

They are not leaving one ocean for another...they travel all over the damn globe.

Actually, they don't. The N Pacific population summers in AK/BC and winters in Baja/Hawaii.

The other populations do the same thing, summer in the high latitude waters and winter in more tropical ones. The populations are relatively separate.

The N Pacific whales would have to go through the Arctic Ocean and might as it continues to warm. There is some thought that Pacific Greys may recolonize the Atlantic if Arctic Ocean conditions warm enough.

Could be that the missing Malaysian 777 is out there.
Might want to rent a skiff and check it out.
Keep an eye on the weather, though.

Like whales haven't dealt with climate change before....woohoo. They've been through an ice age or 2, I'm sure they'll figure it out.
