The joint announcement in Seattle by the two Governors was to announce that they have a strong partnership and plan to fight Trump together over West Coast environmental issues.

Governor Brown further stated "At least in Washington and Oregon we're not willing to go backwards."

Great sound bite Governor Brown but your actions on CR Reforms clearly indicate you are going backwards under your personal leadership.

And Governor Inslee....did you take the opportunity to twist her arm? And if not, why not??
