my bedroom has a bay window, pointed directly at it... i could just sit in my room if i wanted to...
problem is i need to sleep, so i cant just sit up all night and watch the mailboxes... Wyze cam in the bedroom window ($25 on Amazon). Company is based in Kirkland and was founded by former Amazon employees. Will send motion alerts to your phone, but it's so sensitive every little damn thing sets it off. Even clouds passing by the sun. The IR emitters reflect off the window glass, so best if there is a light source near the mail boxes. https://www.wyzecam.com

Huh - it should. I get really clear pics out to many yards. I wonder if plates reflect or "jam"? I wouldn't think they would.
