Might just help with some decision making in the future...
The law of self defense varies state to state....you should know your state laws inside and out....mostly common sense, what little I know of Evo, I would have concerns.

and no, the laws of lethal force dont vary, they are all pretty much a baseline... you have to actually be in fear of your life (with a threat level to match that fear) to use deadly force... PERIOD....
