The guy never collected a dime from the state, cut a fin off a fish like many other guides also do and have done and you all trash talk against him like you know him. Three boys and wife and your all excited he's going to prison. Its funny how tough talking you all are behind your internet keyboard.

Red, you should look at the trial transcript, Swannie did some very bad things. If he was so concerned about his wife and kids, maybe he should have thought about them before he ripped us all of.

I don't mean its right, what he did, but jail time is rediculous for him. I mean someone can break into your house, kill your dog, steal your car and they will be out next week and do it four or five more times before they get a full year.

OK Red, here's your chance to tell us the other side of the story. Let's see if you're able to persuade us justice was not served by the verdict and sentence.

Damn near every criminal has a family. Its no excuse. Why do I keep hearing about this with Swann? Probably becauss people know him personally. Well like I said, every criminal has a family. Just because you know and care for a criminal doesnt mean they are a special case.

What if some of the good folks on here do know him? Can we talk about him & his crimes then?
