Went out Saturday from 0700 to 11:45. We had three rods out in 400-650 deep water from oil docks to south of the weather bouy off Richmond beach. One rod had an ace hi, the other a Coho Killer, and I fished a CPH behind an 11 inch flasher down the middle. gear depths 50-85 feet. We went 3-5 with 4 hookups on the bait. I've heard similar results from the Sno King PSA guys who have also been doing better on bait lately.
We marked a ton of fish and it seems they arent biting too well, at least they werent saturday. We picked up all three and lost the other two in about a 45 min window.

We also marked a lot of fish further south yesterday morning, closer to Shilshole in shipping lane, but as noted they weren't biting very well (hootchie/strip). Was thinking it might make sense to switch to CPH and based on Sky-Guy's report would be inclined to do so.
