Seems as though alot of you don't have anyway to manage your pictures. Here's a program that will do just about anything you need to do to any picture except heavy modifications, like special effects. Great for making albums or just organizing pictures. You can change any pic from/to any format. Resize/crop/tag/warp/brighten/darken/contrast/colors/depth/resolution/dpi/invert/flip/frame/twist/angle/zoom/scan/preview/slideshow. It's fully functional and very easy to use. Shows all your pictures as thumbs without even loading them. Great program for just about anyone.

Its not a bad program.
I use the Thumbs Plus Version 4.5R for my Thumbs.

You know, you can do most of that with microsoft paint (since I'm sure most of us out here have windows). You can open your jpeg on paint, and do almost everything said above. Just a tip in case you are running a computer that can't handle another download, even if it's free. It's how I downsized my pics for avatars and inverted pictures I took sideways.
