Its getting closer to that time of year so i was wondering if you guys had any good recipes that are your go to when you have some fresh hali on hand , we tried some seared on th skillit with a balsalmic sauce the other night served with baked finger potatoes rubed with evoo minced garlic and 1/4 choped onions . it was agood dinner but not one that I would add to the go to list , so I was wondering if any one had a recipe for fresh hali that they could share .
